Deviled eggs with spinach, bacon, dill and chives

Potato latke topped with fresh smoked Missouri trout (caught by dad), applesauce and creme fraiche

The guests were also told to bring a bottle of wine that they had never tasted before
and each botlle was discussed and guests could taste the ones they were interested in.
There was also a blind tasting set up to "test" the guests on what they had learned on Old vs. New.
They had to guess which was the European and which was the domestic of the same varietal.
A gift basket was given to the winner!
