Availability of dates must be confirmed with STLwinegirl before submitting your deposit. Per Guest Pricing quote must be agreed upon before making your initial payment.
Rates start at $50 per guest and increase accordingly to services requested. "Wine only" tastings may be available at a lesser fee per person.
In Home Tastings have a minimum eight (8) person guest count confirmation. Pricing arrangements can be made for smaller groups.
Happy Hour events have maximum guest counts. If your guest list becomes larger, you must inform STLwinegirl prior to the event and additional fees will be assessed.
Final guest count confirmation is required seven (7) days before the date of the event unless otherwise noted. In the case that some guests do not attend, the host will then be responsible for the remainder of the confirmed count.
If guests need to be added after confirmation has been made, please contact STLwinegirl immediately so proper arrangements can be made to accomodate.
All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.
- Cancellation within fourteen (14) days of event scheduled forfeits your deposit plus an additional 25% of total event charge.
- Cancellation after the seven (7) day confirmation requires an additional 50% payment of total event charge and the surrendered deposit.
- Notice of cancellation less than 72 hours in advance of the day of the event will require full payment of event reflecting the confirmed guest count.
These policies apply to all STLwinegirl events. By placing your deposit, you are agreeing to the above terms.
